This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all orders placed with BOSSCHAIR (HONGKONG) HOMEWARES CO., LIMITED for our men’s watches (“Products”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

We offer free shipping on eligible orders. Shipping availability and delivery time may vary by destination.

- United States / Canada: Free standard shipping on eligible orders.
- United Kingdom / Europe: Free standard shipping on eligible orders.
- Australia / New Zealand: Free standard shipping on eligible orders.
- Asia: Free standard shipping on eligible orders.
- Other International Destinations: Free standard shipping may be available; eligibility depends on carrier coverage and local conditions.
Note: In certain remote areas or special destinations, alternative shipping methods may be required. If your address requires a special route or carrier surcharge, we will contact you before shipment whenever possible.
1.3 Processing Time & Delivery Estimates
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by region and carrier route. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
1.4 Shipping Disclaimer (Delays & Exceptions)
While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delivery may be delayed or impacted by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs inspections, duties/taxes assessment, or clearance delays
- Weather events, natural disasters, or public health emergencies
- Carrier delays, route disruptions, or capacity constraints
- Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
- Remote area restrictions or local delivery limitations
- Security checks, local regulations, or import restrictions
BOSSCHAIR (HONGKONG) HOMEWARES CO., LIMITED is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the above factors. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue or failed delivery attempt, we will assist with reshipment options.
2) Returns (14-Day No-Reason Return)
We offer a 14-day no-reason return policy. You may request a return within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
2.1 Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the Product must generally be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Returned with original packaging, accessories, and any included documents (if applicable)
- Free from damage, scratches, alterations, or signs of misuse
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number / receipt)
3) Non-Returnable Items (Reasons)
Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, customization, or product integrity concerns, including (where applicable):
- Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., engraved casebacks, special custom configurations)
- Clearance / final sale items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at purchase
- Items with signs of use or wear (e.g., scratched case/crystal, resized links not returned, damaged clasp)
- Items missing original parts (e.g., boxes, tags, protective films, accessories, manuals)
- Damaged due to improper handling after delivery (impact, water damage beyond rating, unauthorized repair)

4) Return Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or confirmed manufacturing defect on arrival). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
5) Refunds
5.1 Refund Method (Original Payment Method)
All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. This means that if you paid by card, the refund is returned to the same card; if you paid via PayPal, the refund is returned to the same PayPal account.
5.2 Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and submitted within a reasonable handling time. However, please note:
- Refund arrival time is at least 14 days in many cases due to banking and payment channel processing cycles.
- PayPal refunds generally take at least 14 days; in some regions, PayPal and/or local regulations may require up to 30 days for completion.

6) How to Start a Return (Refund Process)

- Order number
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason for return (optional for no-reason returns; helpful for service improvement)
- Photos/video if the item is defective or damaged on arrival
- Wait for return authorization. We may provide a return reference and instructions to help ensure correct processing. Do not send returns without authorization, as this may delay handling.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (where possible) with all accessories and documents included.
- Ship the return using a trackable method. Keep your tracking number until the return is fully processed.
- Inspection & confirmation: After we receive the return, we will inspect it and confirm refund eligibility.
- Refund issued: If approved, we submit the refund to the original payment method. Refund posting time depends on the payment provider and bank.
