Welcome to BOSSCHAIR (HONGKONG) HOMEWARES CO., LIMITED (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). BOSSCHAIR (HONGKONG) HOMEWARES CO., LIMITED is an integrated manufacturer and seller specializing in men’s watches.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility & Account

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use our Services. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

2) Products, Content & Availability

We strive to display product information accurately, including descriptions, images, and specifications. However, minor variations (e.g., color differences due to screen settings) may occur. Product availability, styles, and specifications may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.

3) Pricing, Currency & Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency available at checkout and may vary by location. Taxes, duties, and import fees (if any) may be charged by your local authorities and are generally the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

4) Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing errors, or verification issues. If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method in accordance with Section 7.

5) Payment

We support multiple payment methods as displayed at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other local options depending on your region. You authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping (if any).

6) Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, incorrect addresses, or local restrictions.

7) Returns & Refunds (14-Day No-Reason Return)

7.1 14-Day No-Reason Return

We provide a 14-day no-reason return policy. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must generally be unused, unworn, and in original condition with original packaging and included accessories (where applicable).

7.2 Return Shipping Costs (Buyer Responsibility)

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or confirmed defect upon arrival). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.

7.3 Refund Method (Original Payment Method)

All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid by card, the refund is returned to the same card; if you paid via PayPal, the refund is returned to the same PayPal account used for payment.

7.4 Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, we will submit your refund. Please note:

  • Refund arrival time is at least 14 days in many cases due to banking and payment processing cycles.
  • PayPal refunds generally take at least 14 days; in some regions, PayPal and/or local regulations may require up to 30 days for completion.

The actual posting time depends on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, and local regulations. These timelines are outside our direct control once the refund has been submitted.

7.5 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including (where applicable):

  • Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., engraving or custom configurations)
  • Final sale / clearance items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing original components/packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repair, or improper handling after delivery

7.6 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Wait for return authorization and return instructions (returns without authorization may be delayed).
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method and keep your tracking number.
  4. After inspection, if approved, we will submit the refund to the original payment method.

8) Warranty & Product Care

Some products may include a limited warranty described on the product page or included documentation (if applicable). Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, water damage beyond the product’s rating, misuse, and unauthorized repairs are generally not covered. Please follow care instructions included with your watch.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on the Services—including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs—is owned by or licensed to BOSSCHAIR (HONGKONG) HOMEWARES CO., LIMITED and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

10) Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws
  • Attempt to interfere with site security, payment systems, or other users
  • Submit false information, engage in fraud, or abuse return/refund processes
  • Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services without authorization

11) Disclaimers

The Services and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that product descriptions will be free of all inaccuracies.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOSSCHAIR (HONGKONG) HOMEWARES CO., LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services or purchase of Products.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOSSCHAIR (HONGKONG) HOMEWARES CO., LIMITED and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Services or Products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
