In‑stock items: orders paid before 12 PM CST on a business day ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day.

Split / Combined Shipments

To speed delivery, we may split multi‑item orders at no extra cost; each shipment receives its own tracking number.

Pre‑order items are sent separately from in‑stock items unless you request combined shipping within 12 hours of ordering.

If tracking shows your parcel is 3 business days past the promised window, contact us for a shipping credit or replacement.

14‑Day “No‑Questions‑Asked” Return Window
You may return any eligible bag within 14 calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund. -
Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

PayPal refunds are released by us immediately after approval, but PayPal’s own processing can take up to 14 days—and, in regions where local regulations require, up to 30 days.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable service and keeping the receipt until your refund is confirmed. -
Condition of Returned Items
Returned bags must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags, dust bags, and accessories.
